Biography
Alan has advised and represented Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies, middle market companies, local businesses and other clients in a variety of industries including the computer software, technology, professional services, health care services, telecommunications, manufacturing, real estate, title insurance, construction, and banking/financial services industries.
Handles a wide range of commercial and business litigation matters including the following areas:
