Biography
Jane Cherry is an associate at Kaplan Law Group, PLLC, where she focuses her practice on real estate litigation, particularly litigation involving homeowners’ associations. Before joining Kaplan Law Group, PLLC, Jane worked as a litigator for two other Texas-based law firms and as the associate general counsel for a presidential campaign. Jane graduated cum laude from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. While in law school, Jane was the managing editor of the Journal of Air Law and Commerce for the SMU Law Review and worked as an intern for U.S. District Court Judge Robert Dawson and Texas Fifth Court of Appeals Justice Kerry FitzGerald.
Before studying law, Jane served in positions in government and politics in Washington, D.C.
